Iconic virtual pet game Neopets and Upper Deck continue to expand their partnership portfolio, with more highly-anticipated releases scheduled in the second half of 2024
Neopets, the legendary virtual pet game, has announced its latest collaboration with Upper Deck, a global trading card leader, to introduce the Neopets Battledome Trading Card Game (TCG). Following the game’s successful soft debut in Canada earlier in May, its official launch is scheduled for this summer on 26 June. The Neopets Battledome TCG will be available to purchase at local game shops in the US and Canada, as well as online on the Upper Deck website. Neopets fans are invited to join thrilling, high-stake tabletop matches to experience the magic of Neopia in a tangible, new way.

The Neopets Battledome TCG boasts a unique dice combat system, innovative deck-building strategies and over 20 collectible Neopets. A key mechanic of the game is the color of your pets, which defines their various statistics. The fast-paced trading card game allows your Neopets to take center stage as main characters in the battles alongside the support of Faeries, Equipment, Legends, Potions, Food, Paint Brushes, and Codestones cards.

Designed for both seasoned TCG veterans and newcomers alike, the Neopets Battledome Trading Card Game offers two exciting ways to start your journey: the Starter Box and Booster Boxes. Booster Boxes and packs will also be available on the Upper Deck e-Pack, allowing players to instantly purchase and open card and collectible packs at any time.
- The Starter Box comes ready to play with 55 cards, 10 custom resin dice, a playsheet for the rules and to keep track of the game’s statistics, ensuring that players can jump straight into the action. Each Starter Deck includes an exclusive avatar code sticker affixed to the deck. These stickers grant access to 2 unique avatars, with one code per Starter Deck:

Neopets is set to enchant fans at several events this summer, starting with the San Diego Comic-Con International (SDCC) from 25 to 28 July, followed by Gen Con from 1 to 4 August.
